    • Review of existing systems for remaining useful life, possible reuse of existing equipment, analysis of system upgrades, and estimate of construction costs for upgrades for budgeting of construction monies.

    • Concept design for various public and commercial type systems. Systems considered include HVAC, electrical distribution, emergency power, data, video, communications, fire alarm systems, and others.

    • Final system checkout to make sure the Owner takes over a working and validated system. Familiar with many control systems and manufacturers. Provision for remote monitoring to facilitate troubleshooting.

    • Designed systems are configured with energy conservation in mind. Designs always consider most efficient system to meet project needs. Extensive experience in providing energy efficient and cost effective options.
  • Indoor Air Quality Expertise
    • Designed systems provide for features to check interior of equipment, for monitoring of outside air flow rates, and for adequate instrumentation to eliminate “problems” today and in the future.

    • Designed systems provide for a telecommunications, data, and video cabling plant that will meet today’s needs and, also, the needs of tomorrow. Flexible cabling plants are designed so that the Owner can take advantage of the rapidly evolving electronics.
  • Cost Control
    • Throughout design, cost estimates are revised and transmitted with the submittals for the Owner’s project review. Industry standards and recent bid data are factored into these construction estimates for realistic analysis.
